Home Instead is a-non medical company that assists seniors in their own homes with companionship, meal preparation, basic housekeeping, dementia cares, personal cares, and transportation. This is a great position for nursing students, stay at home moms, retirees, and anyone that wants to make a difference in their communities. We are looking for caring individuals with a strong compassion for the elderly. Our ultimate goal is to keep our seniors in their own homes for as long as possible before going on to nursing homes.

We believe strongly in building lasting relationships with our seniors. We match each individual caregiver specifically based on their hobbies and interests, with the senior they care for. This is a very rewarding position. Many of our caregivers believe this is something they would volunteer to do in their communities. We are looking for extremely dependable, reliable and genuine people to care for these seniors. We offer paid on the job training and are extremely flexible with scheduling.
